  1. I didn’t know he had a show but I did see an interview with him ( about a year ago ). If I’m not mistaken he’s actually a lawyer in Charleston, SC and started sewing cushions for his own home to save money. From there friends asked him to sew pillows for them and now it’s a business.

  2. Thankyou for " the rant"😂. Idont get it either. I pay zero attention to celebrities and their $$ 90.00 dollar pillows😂
I TOTALLY AGREE with your whole message! Thankyou for courageously shining your light on this non- sewing store

  3. 😂 "you don't get to wear the shirt." 😂. I'm with you. The celebrity hype is just that hype! And on top of it all, they probably aren't the one's sewing and have people in a factory somewhere.😢 So, agreed, "you don't get to wear the shirt."

  4. This isn't meant to be mean, just suggesting that maybe they could drop the "E" and call it swing down south if they just want people to follow them and swing down to the store.

  5. I agree…..I could really care less about celebrities except younger Kevin Costner….And now! And I would love to buy good fabric by the bolt not just yard on the cheap!!!!

  6. I’m with you 100% on Hollywood “stuff”. To me, it’s a way to rip off people with brand names that in most cases the products are garbage! Go no-name! 😊❤️🇨🇦

  7. You're not alone!! Could not care less about celebrities … don't watch reality tv… even when I see the commercials for those shows, I can feel my brain cells dying…🤦‍♀️

  8. I agree with you about celebrities, I don’t know their names and really don’t care. I know of one person who had a sewing machine company totally design a sewing room and set it up for her in her home (for free ) so she could make videos about sewing and how to use the machines. She did a few videos then said that sewing was just not her thing. She sold everything she could remove from the sewing room and left the company high and dry so to speak. Not a nice thing to do in my opinion. I love your style of teaching us how to sew things, and the items are so cute.

  9. I don't watch those shows either. Nothing seems personal, just staged for effect. I like watching my favorite Youtube where I learn from the host. I've been sewing since I was 7 years old (ponytail Barbie dolls/ Midge and Ken weren't born yet) . I'm 71 and still sewing. Keep to your own style. So many of us out here love the way you make our dollars go further with your great ideas.

  10. WITH YOU HERE LADY! We've lost so many sewing stores here in North Idaho with so many great fiber artists here it's such a disservice. if YOU YOURSELF ever wanna open a legit sewing store, North idaho would seeeew welcome you!!! Oh yeah, a She Sews Seams Store in Couer d'Alene, uuuuh YES PLEASE!🎉❤🙏

  11. I watch the show now n then but I can’t stand the founder of Sewing Down South – Craig Conover. He claims to be a lawyer but runs his mouth about everyone’s personal business and stretches the truth out to a lie. Not anyone I’d ever want to talk to.
