  1. 17:37 "You have to go through the governor" – The language should be interpreted like driving a sword through an opponent. (Edit: Logically , if the Commander in Chief has to give up power to the governor to run the troops, who is then the Commander in Chief? There's only one way to logically understand "through" – the troops are maintained by the state, but the President is their overall leader)

  2. I would think there was any objection to the president's use of the national guard it can't be just the governor complaining about it. He has to send his senators to place their arguments in congress. And in turn try to convince other senators, and other members of Congress to pass legislation that relinquishes the president's use of the national guard in that situation. Or if it's very extreme, congress can impeach the president. That's your balance of powers there. You can have some random judge or a governor from a lower level challenge the use of the president's executive power.

  3. There are the 'loyal officers' on the democrat side giving demonstrations of loyalty. Expect = such demonstrations to continue, part of the plan will be to weaponize the shows.

  4. If the President needs the approval of a State Governor to call up a National Guard, which are part of the Army under the National Defense Act of 1916, that would make any State Governor more powerful than the President of the United States of America. If that were the case, why didn’t a State Governor refuse to allow President Lyndon Johnson to activate the National Guard during the Vietnam War?

  5. The Controller is nothing more than a glorified Accountant; he shouldn't be involved in immigration in any way. And ICE keeps getting assaulted by elected officials because they won't prosecute any of them. ICE is all talk and no action when it comes to elected officials, and it is infuriating.

  6. If someone standing on a public sidewalk recording a police stop can be arrested and charged with obstruction, this dummy needs a lot more than that

  7. just remember "no one is above the law" except democrats that have a different set of laws that apply to them and grant them absolute authority and clearance to do whatever they deem fit to push their dictatorship.

  8. They don't have to SHOW YOU S**. If your name isn't in the warrant they don't have to show anyone uninvolved a damn thing. Just like a traffic stop, if you aren't the DRIVER of the car the officer doesn't have to tell you S** what is going on.

  9. Everybody thinks they are going to pull a trump and get arrested and it lead to a big spike in popularity. It wont work leftards. Most people support deportations so it doesnt make you a marder, it makes you hated lol

  10. Where was the court to measure Biden's adm actions? did they question anything about Jan 6 at all? when biden refused to keep stay in Mexcio even after th SC ruled he had to where was the court?

  11. This has nothing to do with California, this as about the security of our/ my nation which the president has more power than any governor. The president has the power over lower courts. This is about the security of this nation

  12. If a president were to do something completely radical such as attempting to overthrow the states by calling the militia, Congress can remove that president. That impeachment can occur even faster than a judicial review. There is a mechanism; it just doesn’t involve the courts.
