As of the year October 2026 any state redistricting Congressional Mapping shall be equally devised, within 9% +-, of the population by number of Constitutional Seats. All States shall redistrict to these requirements after October 2030. All districts shall be as close as posable, to a square, cycle, oval, Triangle or box. There shall be NO skipping of a county or zip codes or string on counties between districts.
All major cities over 250,000 shall be divided equally between parties by zip code and boarder a county. There shall be NO skipping of a county or zip codes or string on counties between districts.
