7. DOESNT WORK. Changes I am making to my playlists on my phone are not being saved. It's as though it's copying the playlist into a new que, and not committing those playlists back to the account, even when it says 'playlist saved'. Please put some of your billions in profits and tax evasion into ensuring the basic functionality of your apps. We accept that under this regime, there is no real innovation, just new exploitation, but please at least make it so I can actually use your products. That's a bare minimum really. This glitch has been reported for YEARS. Happy to help more if you cannot replicate the problem.
