So the guy with the pink plastic glasses caused the people in charge of the Democrat party the “establishment”. The weird argument about affordability is that the young whyte progressives here in NYC are all rich, paying high rent, have everything delivered, send their laundry out, etc. etc.
40% of NYC was born in another country, in primaries ZM won that group overall, while Cuomo won American born. It feels like its young whyte girls & m$slims vs. US born NYCers (non transplants). It may end up having 60% of the vote going AGAINST ZM but him still winning.
Also Zohran wouldn't comment in debate about how he'd vote on the ballot questions, most of his voters are voting NO on the questions, he comes out today and said he voted YES. So Zohran Cuomo & Hochul ALL voted YES and only Sliwa voted NO.
Why is no one talking about DA Alvin Bragg more than likely getting re-elected? That's actually the key position to keeping the council and mamdani in check. Now it will be a tire fire.

The left passes a raft of regulations that serve as an impossibly high bar to entry into different business industries. The left pushes open borders and globalism, allowing for global labor arbitrage through cheap migrant labor. The left locks down cities and puts people out of work and then compensates for lost productivity, wages, and tax revenue by printing money and issuing stimulus checks. The left adopts rent control and affordable housing laws, which disincentivize development and increase market rate rents.
Then, all of these policies make life unaffordable for the generation reaching working age. The youth are filled with anger, disappointment, and envy. The left points its finger at the rich. "Eat them," the left commands. "They are to blame for your miserable circumstances." The left is aided by its army of journalists, celebrities, and TikTok influencers. The young people, filled with revolutionary fervor, go out and vote blue in droves. Now, we can begin our great leap forward.
