Children put their parents in nursing homes,-the worst place for elders with weak immune systems. Cuomo actually did well with the pandemic, given the circumstances. NYC does not run anything well, a grocery store would be a mess. And NYC has a wide array of food stores at all price ranges. The problem is a mismatch between wages and rent.
