While I am not a NB resident I was invested in this election and following it very closely. When I saw jitney buses with Larry Wainstein’s face on them I knew he didn’t come to play. It was inspiring to watch and I truly commend the effort. You can tell he wants to turn things around and the town deserves some change.
We all know Hudson County elections are tough because of the immense influence the political machine has around here. How pathetic is it that it’s not even a secret? l have friends and family in North Bergen, we have all seen the lack of effort that Sacco has put into the community. The town is deteriorating and the people should urge for the state to conduct a third party audit. Enough is enough, voters have the right to know if the budget is being mishandled by the current administration.
Also…let’s be honest, I can only think of one person who might lose their job under different leadership…ahem ahem…the guy who got the job because of who his dad is.
Mr. Bello, thank you for not shying away from asking tough questions. This was a great non biased interview.
This guy has lost his mind you were the ones trying to block people from voting. You paid people from other towns because no one wanted to work for you . He’s been involved for 16 yrs that’s 4 elections n has gotten less votes every year. Open your books larry where are u getting your money to support your failed campaign. Your a pathological liar. You would do anything to win including disturbing the residents of nb. See you in 2027 because you’ll disappear for the next 3 yrs. You tried to challenge the results tell the people what happened?
He sounds like a sore loser to me.
First of all it is the fourth attempt not the third so right off the bat they are misrepresenting the facts. Second; The key word in the beginning made by the host is “ in his opinion” He has no proof whatsoever of the claims he makes. It should be very easy to show proof of dead people voting or cartridges being lost or people voting for others at the POLLS he says it, but offers no proof. Interestingly,what there is evidence of is people registering in large numbers in single family houses and voting absentee for Larry Wainstein. That deserves the oversight and scrutiny that he is asking for.
Contrary to what the one commenter who probably doesn’t even live in NB says the township is continually progressing with an A1 Bond rating, a recreation department, DPW, and police department that are second to none. A very low crime rate compared to cities its size across NJ and the entire nation. Sacco is loved and continues to be voted in because the people in North Bergen are not easily fooled. They are smart and they overwhelmingly approve of Mayor Sacco and his administration.
Larry wouldn’t embrace me!!
